Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, contacting Skillnest Platform, requesting a proposal, purchasing services, submitting project materials, or otherwise working with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to website visitors, prospective clients, active clients, and any person or organization using our services or communications.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website, submit information, or request services. Continued communication after receiving a proposal, invoice, project outline, or service description may be treated as acceptance of the applicable terms.
Skillnest Platform may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the current version. Continued use of the website or services after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms.

- recommendations on style, tone, information hierarchy, and audience-facing presentation;
- creation of content structures for websites, online platforms, and information pages;
- preparation of thematic publication plans and content organization systems;
- visual messaging coordination and basic visual communication concepts;
- audience engagement guidance and recommendations for improving content perception.
Specific deliverables, timelines, review periods, revision rules, and project boundaries will be described in the relevant proposal, invoice, written agreement, or service communication.
Advisory and Content-Focused Scope
All Skillnest Platform services are advisory, strategic, editorial, informational, and content-focused. We do not provide paid advertising placement, paid media buying, ad account management, direct advertising campaign operation, or handling of client marketing budgets.
Skillnest Platform may provide recommendations about communication clarity, audience perception, content hierarchy, digital presentation, messaging structure, and visual consistency. These recommendations are not a guarantee of sales, revenue, traffic, rankings, platform approval, audience growth, conversion rate, or any specific commercial outcome.
Any examples, outlines, drafts, concepts, or recommendations are provided for content and communication support only. The client decides whether and how to publish, distribute, modify, or use the materials.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed for the project. This may include business descriptions, service details, target audience information, brand materials, existing content, project goals, references, compliance requirements, and other relevant materials.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to Skillnest Platform are owned by the client, properly licensed, or legally available for use. This includes text, images, trademarks, logos, screenshots, claims, examples, documents, and third-party materials.
The client agrees not to provide unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, confidential without authorization, harmful, or inappropriate materials. Skillnest Platform may refuse to work with any material or request that appears unethical, unlawful, deceptive, or outside our service scope.
The client is responsible for final approval before publication. Skillnest Platform is not responsible for errors, omissions, outdated details, legal claims, business claims, pricing, promises, service descriptions, or factual statements after the client has reviewed or approved the material.
Project Materials and Approvals
Project work may require the client to submit written information, website links, content drafts, brand files, access details, internal notes, examples, or supporting documents. Delays in receiving required materials may delay the project timeline.
Skillnest Platform may request clarification or approval during the project. When the client approves a direction, structure, draft, or final deliverable, Skillnest Platform may proceed based on that approval.
If the client later requests a major change to an approved direction, such change may be treated as additional work and may require extra fees or an extended timeline.
Skillnest Platform may rely on client-provided information as accurate. We are not required to independently verify every claim, credential, service description, business statement, or product detail unless such verification is specifically included in the written project scope.
Timelines and Delivery
Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes and may depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, the amount of material, revision cycles, and additional requests made during the project.
Skillnest Platform will make reasonable efforts to deliver work within the agreed timeframe. Timelines may be extended if information is missing, approvals are delayed, the client changes the project direction, extra work is requested, or circumstances outside Skillnest Platform’s control affect delivery.
Deliverables may be provided by email, document link, file transfer, website draft, online workspace, or another agreed method. Delivery is generally considered complete when the deliverable is sent or made available for client review.
Payments and Fees
Fees are based on project scope, service complexity, timeline, deliverables, and the level of support required. Pricing may be provided through a written proposal, invoice, service package, estimate, or direct communication.
Unless otherwise agreed, work may begin only after required payment, deposit, or written confirmation has been received. Late payment may result in project delays, suspension of work, withholding of deliverables, or termination of services.
The client remains responsible for approved work, completed work, reserved time, and any non-cancelable resources allocated to the project. Fees are charged for professional time, strategy, writing, planning, review, communication support, and preparation of deliverables.
Revisions and Scope Changes
Revisions are intended to refine the agreed deliverables, correct reasonable issues, improve wording, adjust structure, or align the material more closely with the approved project direction.
Unless otherwise stated, revisions do not include a complete change of concept, a new brand direction, a new service category, work based on newly supplied information, or deliverables outside the original scope.
Additional fees may apply for new pages, new documents, expanded sections, urgent turnaround, major restructuring after approval, or changes caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Intellectual Property
After full payment is received, the client receives the right to use final approved deliverables prepared specifically for the client for their business communication purposes, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Skillnest Platform retains ownership of its general methods, frameworks, systems, templates, internal tools, creative processes, strategy models, know-how, and non-client-specific materials used to perform the services.
Drafts, rejected concepts, unused ideas, internal notes, preliminary outlines, and working materials remain the property of Skillnest Platform unless specifically transferred in writing.
Limitations of Liability
Skillnest Platform provides services using reasonable professional care. However, we do not guarantee that any content, structure, recommendation, or communication material will produce a specific business, marketing, financial, ranking, conversion, engagement, or audience result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillnest Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of our website, services, drafts, recommendations, or deliverables.
Skillnest Platform is not responsible for third-party platforms, hosting providers, social media platforms, search engines, analytics tools, payment processors, email services, or changes to third-party rules, systems, policies, or availability.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. If no specific termination terms are stated, the client remains responsible for work already completed, time already spent, and approved or non-cancelable project costs.
Skillnest Platform may suspend or terminate services if the client fails to pay, provides false or misleading information, requests unlawful or inappropriate work, delays approvals for an unreasonable period, violates these Terms, or makes professional cooperation impractical.
